National Sales Manager

Summary of Position

Goldstar Apac Enterprises specialises in the marketing and distribution of world class pharmaceutical and medical products of multi-national companies. Currently, we are seeking for National Sales Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the national sales team
  • Work with Marketing to define and implement strategies by channel
  • Ensure Cycle tactical are delivered flawlessly 
  • Develop a highly professional and high performing sales team
  • Ensure achievement of agreed sales targets/KPIs (call coverage, new accounts)
  • Responsible for the development of National business plan by Channel including hospitals, clinics and pharmacies
  • Performs all management tasks including, comprehensive analysis of geographic potential, business review of individual team member's territory as well as entire region, expense reports, and other projects and reports as assigned
  • Lead sales team to target and segment high potential customers
  • Track, analyse and report performances by channel
  • Management of execution of Channel Strategic plans and tactical activities with the Sales representatives.
  • Provide coaching and direction to sales representatives
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including local Trade policy, local Trade Terms and local regulations

Minimum Educational Level Required
