Office Administrator

Summary of Position

Office Adminstrator (Admin and Accounting duties)

Harmony Group is a real estate and investment company, we are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. 

This is a full-time position. Salary based on qualifications and experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Supporting in marketing materials on projects and events
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Quick book experience is required

Languages Required

Khmer and English

Other Requirements

  • With diploma certification or bachelor degree or related office experience
  • Quickbook knowledge and experience is required
  • Previous office administration experience is an asset
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • With great computer skills. Familiar with Microsoft word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe
  • Great research skills, be able to source information efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
  • Knowledge on online marketing including social media strategy is an asset
  • Language: Khmer and English
