Officer for Loan Origination System
Summary of Position
Hattha Kaksekar Limited: Currently, we are looking for an Officer for Loan Origination System.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Administration on Loan Origination System (LOS) products configuration and supports.
- Support, Feedback and Facilitate users on their daily functioning and operation of LOS.
- Customize Form, Design form and map business process flow into LOS, Collection and Lead System.
- Maintain user request to access LOS, Collection and Lead System through mobile and web application.
- Collect, Analysis issue root cause and raise ticket to vendor for the resolution by following SLA.
- Assist in documentation, update and prepare test cases and test scenarios.
- Communicate, answer and advice on appropriate actions to users as primary solution
- Report on weekly activities to supervisor.
- Perform other tasks as required by supervisor.
Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.
- Work experience with Microfinance or commercial bank is a plus.
- Good understanding Loan Origination System - Newgen or other applications is a plus.
- Good understanding in Banking/MFIs sector services.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting.
- Be knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and willingness to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication skills, including excellent English speaking and writing skills.
