PokerBlock Philippines: As our Product Manager you will drive the key metrics that defines the success of our product features and other business functions. You will be working with cross functional teams like product owners, marketing, customer support, web& game development. The role demands strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data for key decision making and recommendations to improve user experience and positively impacting the revenue.

• Responsible for the poker platform's content and functionality, playability and vision
• Design the gaming architecture and overall positioning of the product, ensure smooth gameplay      
• Manage the product workflow timetable to ensure that requests and upgrades are implemented    
• Track and analyze the product's performance while optimizing gameplay experience        
• Monitor and analyse competitors while delivering innovative ideas and functions

• Bachelor degree or above, participated in the planning, development and process of at least one card game product      
• Familiar with the card game industry, understand the development of technology and processes, in depth experience with card games, and have unique views on card game products, especially poker products
• Has rich product imagination and excellent logical thinking, is able to anticipate various functionality and user experience problems
• Skilled in data analysis, able to adjust and improve product design and operations in a timely manner
• Has excellent communication skills and solid writing skills, professional and teamwork mentality
