Operation & Admin Officer-Siem Reap

Summary of Position

BRED Bank Cambodia is a subsidiary of BRED Banque Populaire, a member of the BPCE Group, the 2nd largest banking group in France, serving more than 31.2 million customers, employing more than 100,000 people worldwide, and counting 9 million cooperative shareholders.

BRED Bank is looking for an Operation & Admin Officer based in SIEM Reap.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in admin process (supplies management, security/cleaning companies’ management…)
  • In charge of maintenance supervisions (equipment, building…)
  • Assist in Fixed Assets process (records, inventory)
  • Assist in Admin process (contracts with suppliers, stationery management, Equipment management..)
  • Supervise the outward and inward local clearing cheque to ensure that they are presented properly
  • Monitor all cleared cheques and return the unpaid cheques to NBC Siem Reap, if any.)
  • Send outgoing file via Clearing House’s CLIENT MODULE
  • Collect Customer documents from commercial Team
  • Collect operations Documents to forward to HQ
  • In charge of documents managements & Archive

Other Requirements

Required Education & Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in one of the field related to the position
  • OR lower degree accepted if at least 2 years’ experience in Banking Operation and NBC clearing Operation / Admin Position
  • Fluent English (writing and speaking)
  • French language is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills in Excel
