Operation Director

Summary of Position

Our client is a F&B company in Cambodia. They are looking for an Operation Director who will be in charge of overseeing and managing the daily operations, contributing actively on developing the company on a promising and developing market. He/ She will anticipate trends and changes in customers ‘behaviors and drive top line revenue as well as streamline operations, cut costs, create efficient production units, maximize profitability, upgrade standards and maintain level consistency. He/ She will be based in Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Managing Director on Strategy, forward planning and its implementation
  • Be a major player and part of the developing and marketing of the business in collaboration with all the service supports
  • Oversee the daily running of the operation on all sites
  • Be the main interlocutor between Operations, Managing Director and all support services
  • Responsible for supervising, reviewing and upgrading all policy on customer service and quality of service
  • Constantly review and have in place control systems for cost control management of all budgets for the operations department
  • Realize budget forecast for actual and new projects in collaboration with Finance department
  • Be a good communicator at all levels of business, internal and external, with a focus on customer relationship and service
  • Oversee the company’s financial performance and ensure financial management is in line with objectives
  • Realize and present to Managing Director, on a monthly basis, an analysis of monthly and aggregated results and all needed action plans to rich the economical target of the company

Other Requirements

  • At least bachelor degree in management & administration or hospitality business
  • At least 5 to 10 years in food & beverage or related industry
  • Customer service and sale oriented with strong leadership and staff management
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, organization and negotiation skill
  • Fluent in English
  • Confident with Microsoft office pack use
  • Personality: Honesty, Loyalty, Trust worthy, Diligent, Commitment to company
