Operation Manager

Summary of Position

Our client provides custom-made financing solutions to client who wish to purchase goods and equipment (all movable assets). They are looking for an Operation Manager who will be in charge of Internal and External tasks, Sales, HR and Operation in the organization. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities


  • Work closely with Lending Sales team on implementing the commercial strategy, deal approval, comment and advice to resolve customer’s loan, join meeting and discussion with key accounts or key customers and explore new customer or business partners 
  • Work closely with Recovery and Collection teams to follow up on portfolio quality to ensure on time payment from customer without any issue
  • Interact with Administration team to review and double check on customer’s loan documents and ensure customer’s documents are aligned with Lending Sales team. Monitor on documents process of Request Letter to explain on key concern of the business process
  • Work closely with the Finance department to review on financial report and outstanding balance


  • Communicate with all levels of clients including international, local companies, NGOs and potential customers and partners 
  • Represent the company with National Bank of Cambodia
  • Represent the Company with Cambodia Microfinance Association
  • Liaise with lawyer in order to monitor litigations with customers


  • Support the business development 
  • Find new partners
  • Ensure Customers’ satisfaction


  • Ensure IT systems are working properly
  • Lead new IT projects


  • Review credit applications before CM's review and improve the quality of this process 
  • Collect weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting. Follow up action plans according to KPIs and reporting
  • Oversee and coordinate relationship with the National Bank of Cambodia
  • Make sure that policies and procedures are properly implemented within all departments


  • Set up training plan for the whole team 
  • Set up objectives and do performance appraisal for the team
