Operation Stock Controller
Summary of Position
An oil product and shop market in Cambodia is looking for an Operation Stock Controller. The Operations Stock Controller will be in charge of monitoring of stock levels in depots, warehouses & depots to ensure ample supply, checking up all the stock movement and HSEQ Standards warehouse. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Compliance with the Group Standards / Procedures and HSEQ Standards for the Warehouse
- Handle Stock movement entries in SAP-TL for off-line locations (such as Odem warehouse, PPIA/SRIA Aviation depots) in coordination with Dispatchers based on transport/dispatch plan and report of actual receipts
- Ensure everyday checking and reconciliation of Khsom depot Petrostock reports & SAP TL- delivery entries
- Prepare the end of the month physical inventory entries in SAP-TL of the off-line locations based on monthly stock reports' initiatives verification
- Analyze the daily & monthly stock reports & loss variances from depots/warehouses, including loss and stock level trends
- Monitor and consolidate information and report all in-transit losses
- Prepare the pro-forma PO for products (subject to approval), and SAP PO, and do the posting of import receipts for WP Fuels, Jet, Lubes upon approval of the receipt report on gains & losses
- Stocks management for all the areas for Lube and Fuel product (stock loss management & throughput optimization)
- Monitor stock levels in depots, warehouses & depots to ensure ample supply
- Other tasks assign by supervisor

Experience Required
At least 3 years’ experience in similar field
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Good command of English
Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering or Business Management
- Strong administration and communication (both oral and written) skills
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Computer literate. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge on product dispatch, stock control, financial accounting or Vietnam language will be a plus
- Zero tolerance to any form of corruption
