Operational Marketing Executive

Summary of Position

Our client is a tire manufacturer in Cambodia. The Operational Marketing Executive will be in charge of Deploy our offer in market through our business partners, in line with regional guideline. Grow the brand presence through our distribution and direct consumer marketing activities. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  •  Launch product & service offers and accelerate the penetration of existing offers
  • Update on a monthly basis our commercial catalogue listing of products available for the market homologation
  • Support our sales forecast, working with importer, per brand and per tire dimension, in order to feed our demand review
  • Provide all necessary information and support on our new products (size line-up, POS material, price, forecast etc.)
  • Build geographical mapping of our dealers, and identify target new dealers with business partners (how many/where)
  • Monitor progress versus target with business partners
  • Develop and deploy tools to valorize our offers (point of sales material in line with regional guideline)
  • Plan, implement and capitalize actions to engage our dealers’ consumers and market (e.g. marketing activities, events, training coordination, corporate social responsibility)
  • Perform and manage market survey responding to business requirements
  • Monitor market tire volume and vehicle park evolution on a regular basis
  • Track market price and support pricing process from the regional office
  • Supervise administrative staff in terms of office management, contracts follow up, expenses reporting, supplier’s payments, ad-hoc reporting etc...
  • Organize materials’ translation / customization while ensuring that they fit with local needs and local legal legislation.

Languages Required


Other Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Communication
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in Communication, market research, market data analysis, trade marketing or operational marketing is preferred
  • Excellent in English in both speaking & written is a must
  • Excellent business writing, communication skills and good presentation skills
  • Autonomous and able to travel domestic frequently
  • Proficient in MS office (word, excel, power point) and data analysis.
