Organizational Development and Talent Management Manager
Summary of Position
A leading insurance company based in Cambodia is looking for an Organizational Development and Talent Management Manager to lead the team and drive employee engagement for their Phnom Penh office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with business functions to initiate OD programs/activities to align with business strategies
- Drive employee engagement via OD agendas to maximum organization effectiveness and creates a positive impact to business
- Drive talent program to ensure enough internal talent pools are ready for next level and supporting business grow
- Ensure OD & Training process and procedure are followed and up to date base on business situation
- Collaborates with internal customers and external subject matter experts to execute OD and Training program
- Lead OD and Training team to execute Performance Management, Talent Management and Development Program, Employee Engagement program within company.
- Lead team to ensure OD and Training functional objective are met
- Build close relationship with internal HR team in Region and other countries to share and acquire best practices
Experience Required
Some years of experience in organizational development, training, or related Human Resources.

Bachelor's Degree

- University degree in business/management
- Good English speaking, writing and listening skills
