Outbound Tours Operator

Summary of Position

R-T-R Tours Co.,Ltd, one of the leading Tour Operator and Travel Agent based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We were incorporated in 1997 starting with 4 staff. Today we have grown into a family of 27. You can find a complete range of services for all your traveling needs - Domestic and Outbound Tours, Domestic and Worldwide Air Tickets, Domestic and Worldwide Hotel Reservation, Cambodia Visa Extension, Cambodian Passport and Extension, Foreign Visa Application and Transportation Service with Cost effective, safety and security. Currently we are still growing, so we would like to recruit more staff for the following position. We are looking for Outbound Tours Operator.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for providing practical support to tourists and dealing with various organizational aspects of a trip
  • Design and create new tour packages to fulfill the RTR Customers ’needs
  • Plan tours and build up itineraries due to request (Duration and destination)
  • Prepare quotation of tour packages for clients
  • Build good relation with suppliers including airlines, hotels and resort representatives
  • Confirmed customer names with airlines/hotels
  • Provide pricing information
  • Handle bookings for hotels, transportation, and sites of excursion
  • Collect information from tours leader after leading tours to find out good feedback for the RTR service improvement
  • Make research to find out more attractive tourism sites
  • Perform other tasks requested by Managing Director or OP Manager
