Physical Laboratory Manager

Summary of Position

A Medical Retail Sector in Cambodia is looking for a Physical Laboratory Manager. The Physical Laboratory Manager will manage the day to day operations. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and perform with international and national key customers (public and private)
  • Identify process improvements to better meet client expectations and company objectives
  • Assists in the development of a budget and monitors laboratory expenditures
  • Performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies
  • Lead team, schedule, and train employees
  • Understand the environment, follow manufacturer trainings, develop capabilities, support and develop the team (technical and sales)
  • Coordinate with other divisions of the company
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Manager, Chief Finance Officer 

Reporting to

  • To The Managing Director 

Experience Required

Experience working in Lab, sales, customers relations

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Excellent communication in English both writing and speaking

Other Requirements

  • Degree in science, chemistry and physics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel, Outlook. Internet researches
  • Fast learner
  • Team work
