Procurement Officer

Summary of Position

Genesis Home Supply: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Procurement Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work and build a good relation with supplier
  • Coordinate any issue with Sales team about purchase order
  • Solve any issue about break or not complete set item
  • Keep record, maintain documents; PO, sale request, invoice
  • Check and prepare document for purchase order
  • Keep update every step of purchase order & product line from supplier to related department
  • Daily, weekly report to superior
  • Another task assigned by superior

Reporting to

Procurement Executive

Experience Required

Be at least 1 years of experience as a procurement or equivalent

Minimum Educational Level Required

Associate Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Fresh Graduate / Entry level

Languages Required

Khmer, English, Chinese is a plus

Other Requirements

  • Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Be Flexible and time management
