Production and Logistic Operator

Summary of Position

TOA Paint (Thailand) Co., Ltd is the largest decorative paint manufacturer in South East Asia and exporter of premium paint products including decorative paint, heavy paint, wood coating, protective coating, marine coating, chemical construction, aerosol spray and abrasive product. TOA is the leader of innovative and decorative paint manufacturer in South East Asia who offer and supply a variety of demand by a plenty innovative painting solution system in both household and industrial market. We are looking for Production and Logistic Operator.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Produce products as specified procedure as quality and quantity requirement that perform as header's assignment
  • Store raw material and production factors as specified procedure steps
  • Deliver the products as time schedule's requirement
  • Being Compliance with company policies and safety principle which specified in company policies
  • Receive and store raw material and production factors in specified area
  • Manufacture the goods as specified procedure and give an advice to subordinates to produce the products as specified quality and quantity to response customer's satisfaction within identified time schedule
  • Store the finished products to keep in proper area. Being together with pick off some products from storage area that the quantities are as customer's demand. And perform according to header's advice and procedure
  • Reduce the production's loss to remain at the least minimum level as possible as and record manufacturing information as actually data
  • Use the machines carefully in the right way and not allow to do anything which damage the tools or machine. And have to check and inspect those tool or machines as specified. Being along with reporting malfunction of machine or tools to supervisor immediately if find some damage
  • Behave rigorously as company policies or rules
  • Perform another assigned tasks as supervisor's objective
  • Practice and perform under safety issues and use accurately the personal protective equipments in properly

The Production and Logistic Supervisor

Experience Required

1 Year experience in manufacturing

Minimum Educational Level Required

Some High School Coursework

Minimum Career Level Required

High School Student

Other Requirements

  • Completed in the Middle High School level (Grade 8 up)
  • Be able to do shift work.
  • Not having been had allergy chemical substance history.
  • Perform at TOA Skim Coat (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., Phnom Penh
