Production Manager

Summary of Position

AMGS (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is looking for a Production Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing the running of a production house of 15 – 20 people (12 hours per day)
  • Ensure a smooth production floor to meet the production timeline and deadline for shipping
  • Experienced leader/manager/assistant manager at a textile printing department of a garment factory   – sportwear product – would be an ideal. Especially those candidates are welcome, who worked in American or European companies and co -managed production processes together with their abroad partners
  • Hands-on leadership in getting the work done
  • Make sure there is zero to minimal interruption to the production including printing machine troubleshooting, pro-activeness in possible disruption and flexible to solve the problems
  • Manage staff performance and productivities
  • English level: 7/10 – can communicate well; does not need to be very well – well is acceptable
