Project Coordinator
Summary of Position
ASSIST is an international non-government organization focused on capacity building in the area of social improvement and sustainable transformation.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be provide clerical support to the ASSIST Mekong office. Duties and responsibilities will be of a routine nature.
1 year experience.
Good command in English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing general secretarial and administrative tasks such as: scheduling meeting and appointment for report line. Translating business correspondences, supporting other department as required.
- Provide logistical support for all project training courses, seminars and workshops.
- Provide correspondences, attach necessary background information and maintain follow-up system for action and deadlines.
- Prepare tracking documents for meetings, and update tracking tools regularly.
- Coordinate arrangements for projects’ training – schedule trainers, locations, food, etc.
- Assist in arranging programs for in-coming and out-going official missions, make appointments with project stakeholders, including logistical arrangements and secretarial assistance.
- Collect data from the implementing partners and obtain information materials, publications, newsletters, etc.
- Control Costing sheet and invoice filing
- Following with all the office expenses for Mekong office and reporting to Finance Dept when required.
- Coordinate and working with local Tax Dept in supporting to Finance Dept for monthly report
- Assisting with Office Manager all matters in related with personnel;
- Coordinating and comply with the Company’s policies, procedures, regulations and templates established for administration.
- And other duties assigned by reporting lines

- Pays attention to details and thinks things through before acting.
- Experiences on NGO project is an added advantage
