Project Manager

Summary of Position

A microfinance sector in Cambodia is looking for Project Manager.

The Project Manager will be assist the development of all subsidiaries of the Group in the region on various aspects. He/she will be work base in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Operations teams across ASEAN in developing their business
  • Contribute to the set up and implementation of policies, ensure communication between departments, provide trainings and help teams and countries with any queries
  • Improve and harmonize practices across the entities and promote sustainably an operational efficiency and continuous improvement mind-set
  • Improve current operational performance and secure revenue acquisition while a professionalization of practices (ie. processes, methods, tools, KPIs, governance, etc.) and a systematic exchange of best practices between all businesses & countries
  • Facilitate the integration of future acquisitions and the development of synergies
  • Implement a monitoring structure and establish a clear view of progress and potential risks at Group level
  • Ensure that all reports comply with applicable regulations, professional standards, and organization policies
