Project Manager

Summary of Position

An oil product and shop market in Cambodia is looking for a Project Manager who will be in charge of managing the project of T70 and T80 and other Major projects, Maintenaning of the Importation Depots, and Warehouse monitoring Maintenance Requests, costs as well as transparency for breakdown and response times, monitoring Scope, Budget and Time, Compliancing HSE and Technical Standards. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing of Health, Safety and Environment aspect
  • HSE inspection, reporting and following up including the action plan has to be planned systematically
  • Coordinate with outside people, authorities, government to enhance Technical and HSE program correspondent to the law requirement (include the ATI, EDOC, ISO, Marine ship to shore, Security and other safety audits)
  • Manage to have the required statutory approval (license or permit) from government for major construction projects at all sites
  • Manage all projects and Maintenance pertaining to construction, equipment installation in Khsom Depot, 2 Aviation Depots, and Lubricants Warehouse
  • Ensures compliance to Standards, Procedures and local Regulations in an efficient and cost effective way
  • Ensure the major project is monitored properly and fully responsible for new tank construction (T70 and T80)
  • Responsible for the CAPEX and OPEX for the depots and warehouse and ensure proper commitment & liquidation within the year
  • Project Management and Maintenance Budget Follow up, Technical specification, standard, technical drawing, scope of work, cost estimation and to support the development projects of the depots and warehouse
  • Coordination between Internal Departments (Depots, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance) and External (Officials, Contractors, Dealers if any, Engineering Companies, Consultants, MS APMO etc.) to ensure the smooth implementation of all the projects
  • Project Handover with proper Documentation after completion to Depots/Site responsible as part of the Project Manager's job

Reporting to

To the Vice President Operations regularly the Status of progress and potential issue/matter of the projects

Experience Required

with at least 5-Year Experience as Project Management

Minimum Educational Level Required

Certification

Minimum Career Level Required

Manager (Staff supervisor,...)

Languages Required

Good Written, Oral English Communication Skills & in MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project,

Other Requirements

  • Certificate of Civil or Electrical Engineering Degree
  • Good knowledge about petroleum industry, technical, safety and Project Management
  • Valid Driving License
