Project Manager

Summary of Position

Our client is an international premium company who develop software and CRM for both local and international company. Currently, they are seeking for one Project Manager who will be in charge of implementing and maintaining software, communicating directly with client, and evaluating potential risk for the company. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new software programs
  • Maintain and improve the performance of existing software
  • Participate in software architecture sessions (Design and update database
  • Document design decisions and alternatives in collaboration tools
  • Manage software development cycles, release management, and implementations using tools such as version control, documentation and collaboration
  • Lead all day-to-day aspects of the product development lifecycle across a number of projects
  • Manage projects within cost/schedule/quality/scope requirements
  • Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

Report to Chief Technology Officer Partner

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Manager (Staff supervisor,...)

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in IT or related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Web or mobile industry
  • Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems preferred
  • Strongly prefer experience in managing Web Software platforms or products with associated SLA’s
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies
  • Has to be fluent in English and Khmer
  • Multi-tasker with ability to juggle many projects
