Public School Assistant

Summary of Position

Cambodian Children’s Fund is a world leading international non-profit organization founded in 2004 which provides life-changing education, nourishment and a wide-range of community services to vulnerable children and families from some of Cambodia’s most destitute communities. We are looking for Public School Assistant.

The Public School Assistant is responsible for registering students and arranging transportation for students to study at Public Schools as same as to check students’ absence at Public Schools including both high school and primary school and follow up their absences. In addition, to make good cooperation and good communication with public school teachers and help to assist in arranging public school teacher meeting as well as public school students’ meeting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage CCF’s students around 500 of Stung Mean Chey Primary school
  • Register students into public schools and make sure all students have official documents
  • Provide study materials and uniforms to students who study at Stung Mean Chey primary school
  • Record of student’s absence at public school and solve all students problems related to public school on time and effectively
  • Collect Student's score every month at SMC primary school and arrange class for students who poor their study
  • Maintain good relations with parents and students to ensure high student achievement and attendance rates
  • Monitor and support good student discipline, carrying our consequences and sanctions as deemed necessary according to policy
  • Arrange students meeting with public school supervisor
  • Other tasks will be assigned by supervisor

Experience Required

At least one year

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

English

Other Requirements

  • Visibly ethical: able to demonstrate CCF values in day-to-day work
  • Bachelor of management, Administration, or other related field
  • Success working experience with children and poor community
  • Be able to deal with public school teacher in a professional manner
  • Good computer skills in word, Excel, Power point and Internet
  • Be honest and trustworthy, respectful and helpful, commitment, responsibility and be flexible
