ICS International School is looking for a Purchase Officer.

• Onsite purchase (market and/or required locations)
• Review purchases and corresponding receipts and work closely with inventory team
• follow up the purchased items to make sure that it delivered on time with both good quality and accurate quantity
• Provide all relevant documents to inventory team in order to record in accounting system
• Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor or management

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year experience as purchase officer or related field
• Independent and self-driven
• Must be a meticulous self-starter and have the ability to multi-task to meet tight timelines
• Good communication, problem solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of computer skills                                                                
• Must be honest, trustworthy and detail oriented
