Quality Production Leader Footwear

Summary of Position

One of the leading international company specialized in designing, sourcing and manufacturing sports products and brands products and they are looking for a Quality Production Leader. The Quality Production Leader will be in charge of insuring the supplier is delivery right Quality and on time company product to our customer. You are the reference on factory for the Industrialisation, Quality and delivery of product range. She/he will be based in Phnom Penh. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Quality management         

  • Manage the supplier and coach him on decathlon quality level
  • Collaborate with the supplier on continuous improvement and cost saving
  • Control the Quality of your products in line and before shipment
  • Coach and train the quality Team of your supplier

Compliance

  • Ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards and the local regulation are respected
  • Manage the supplier to be ready for the factories audit

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Excellent in English, speaking Chinese is an advantage

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or upper (preferable with major in Engineering, Quality or industrial management)
  • Be a Team player and practice sport
  • Ready to take decision and is responsible for your decisions, ability to obtain
  • Autonomous and can manage your planning
