Cocovol Apparel (Cambodia) Inc. is a premier full service wholesaler and manufacturer of women’s and children’s knit and woven apparel offering our customer the convenience of one stop shopping. Currently, we are looking for Receptionist (URGENT).

• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls 
• Take and relay messages
• Provide accurate information to callers
• Greet people entering the company
• Direct people to correct destination
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Must be knowledgeable of the staff movements - in and out of organization
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Schedule appointments                                                                                      
• Prepares purchase order for food and temporary workers
• Monitor and maintain office equipment/supplies
• Control inventory relevant to reception area
• Tidy and maintaining the reception area

The HR Department

• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Basic English communication skills
• Must be keen to details
• Must be honest and hardworking
