Recruitment & Compliance Supervisor

Summary of Position

A new set up Real Estate Company and they are looking for a Recruitment & Compliance Supervisor. The recruitment & compliance supervisor will in charge working on full recruitment process and coordinating the document related to labor law and NSSF to ensure that the company comply with the MOLVT.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enforce recruitment process is adhered to
  • Main point of contact for all recruitment
  • Liase with Managers and staff to understand jobs and create accurate job descriptions
  • Monitor and track all sources of job postings
  • Source and screen candidates and schedule interviews
  • Liase with Group Recruitment team to leverage on capabilities
  • Manage CV database and keep track of recruitment and compliance
  • Actively involved in recruitment activities or events as required
  • Liase and manage relations with recruitment agencies

+ Compliance

  • Take ownership of entire compliance process for company and related entities
  • Establish and manage ministry relations and deal with HR audits
  • Submit and process applications for workbook in a timely manner
  • Responsible for MOLVT staff in/out declarations
  • Monitor and keep up to date with work permits and visas
  • Manage, process and pay for NSSF contributions
  • Keep up to date with Labour laws
  • Keep track of expense and filing and reporting

Experience Required

2-3 years’ experience in the similar role

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required

Good communication in English

  • Good working knowledge of labor law

  • Organized and can multitask
  • Good communicator
