Restaurant Manager

Summary of Position

A group of business companies in Cambodia is looking for a Restaurant Manager will be in charge of managing the two places as (one Caffee and one Resturant), acting as a result driven and committed individual who could drive sales, leading people provide excellent restaurant experience and running a fine dining and able to work with the kitchen staff well. He/ She will be based in Phnom Penh

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a small café in front of the restaurant that serves breakfast, and it also needs management
  • Manage the two places as the work for Café
  • Act as a result driven and committed individual who could drive sales, lead people
  • Provide excellent restaurant experience
  • Have exposure in running a fine dining and able to work with the kitchen staff well

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

English

Other Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and presentable
  • Understands European food, beer and wine knowledge
  • Understands fine dining
  • Understands the basic of running a restaurant including the administrative work involved (stock, recruitment, budgets…etc)
  • Have a big network of customers that could bring to the restaurant or be a part of a community of people that could be beneficial to the business
  • Able to recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Understands CRM, PR and marketing and able to come up with ideas to drive sales and implement them effectively
  • Understand costs and ways to reduce them
