Restaurant Manager

Summary of Position

Tipsy Seafood is looking for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will control day-to-day restaurant operation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • To develop and sustain good hygiene practices of restaurant management
  • To plan, organize, lead and control daily activities operations of restaurant
  • To manage/monitor purchase and stock control of daily restaurant operations
  • To make sure all Outlet staff to be aware of all the restaurant’s policies and procedures
  • To maintain and increase F & B product and services to high standards, quality and hygiene
  • To revise awareness of cost and minimize waste and commit to its guideline
  • To raise awareness of waste minimization and commit to its guidelines
  • To build and maintain strong relationship with customers and employees
  • Perform other tasks as outlined by the management

Restaurant Manager

Experience Required

Minimum Educational Level Required

High School or equivalent

Languages Required


Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of any fields is required
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Positive work attitude, team spirit and honesty to the team and company
  • At least 1 years of experience working in F&B industry
  • Computer, internet, email literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
  • Willing to learn new thing and very open-minded person
