Retail Sale Executive

Summary of Position

One of an International company which is in the range of dairy products such as cheese, milk, cream, butter and ultra-fresh is seeking for one Retail Sale Executive.

He/She will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up yearly Trade Marketing (TM) Plan with Company Business Developer’s support
  • Align TM Plan with Distributor and Retailers. Prepare all aspects of the operations (stock reserve, PGs and training, POSM, marketing survey forms, budget)
  • Execute & Monitor: lead the operations in coordination with our Distributor and Retailers. Remain in back up of the field team. Ensure product availability, monitor prices, placement of the products and sales
  • Report: Sales volume, Display (pictures), Sampling results and Consumers Survey
  • Set target of stores to be visited per day as well as actions to be taken
  • Drive Merchandiser’s Daily Reporting of Sales Fundamentals and missing items per store
  • REPORTING, FORECASTING & STOCK MONITORING
  • Report Monthly Sales and Analyze Sales Trend
  • Forecast volume of sales and Report nearly expired products
  • Run competition survey for new product launch

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Strong English

Other Requirements

  • Experienced in Sale & Marketing for more than 3 years
  • Retail & Trade Marketing is a plus
  • Fluent in English and other language is a plus
  • Fast learner
  • Result orientated
