Sale Admin

Summary of Position

An insurance broker in Cambodia is looking for a Sale Admin who will be in charge of Acting as an interface with the client after Sales process and ensuring the management of the contracts assigned to him/her. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as an interface between the Account Manager, the client and the insurance company, particularly during the start-up period of the contract
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships with clients and insurance companies by phone and in writing
  • Ensure the implementation of the contract
  • Follow-up issuance of all documents related to the policy
  • Verify all information on the policy (premium, benefits, list of insured, insured cards, etc.)  and ensure the proof reading of the contractual documents
  • Help to solve billing problems
  • Execute all changes requested on policies, monitor for reception of endorsements and review for accuracy upon receipt
  • Prepare and attend client meetings
  • Set up and provide to the client reports on his policy
  • Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service experience to all clients
  • Handle, escalate and resolve client complaints
  • Under the supervision of the Account Manager, answer simple requests from clients concerning guarantees and contracts
  • Record, notify the claims and inform the client of the on-going actions
  • Support the client with the claims process to provide required documents, follow-up with insurance company and report to client and Account Manager
  • Assist in renewal process, manage the renewal of standard contracts with the insurer and the Account Manager
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to the Account Manager
  • Build and maintain professional communication with the client, insurer and internal management
  • Prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines
  • Provide timely feedback and action to ensure clients requirements are met and addressed with a sense of urgency
  • Inform the client and the Account Manager of the on-going actions
  • Inform the Account Manager of the difficulties encountered with an insurer or client
  • File correspondence and other documents

Experience Required

At least 02 years’ experience either in the role of client service or business development, in non-life insurance company is a plus

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Excellent English and Khmer in both written and spoken skills
