Sale Catering Manager
Summary of Position
Tipsy is looking for Sale Catering Manager. The Sale Catering Manager will handle sale catering and event management.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare sales & marketing plan and lead the team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Oversee and manage all booking/inquiries/provide information to prospective customers
- Organize and lead in-door | out-door catering events
- Check all items in the agreement with client to make sure it is implemented and delivered
- Maintain and update filing system in function sheet, function order and function menu
- Handle guest complain promptly and professionally
- Keep and update customers mailing & contact list
- Work closely with other departments of the company
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Managing Director
- Perform other tasks as outlined by the management

- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills
- 3-5 years’ experience with F&B Industry would be advantage
- Good command of spoken and written in English is a plus
- Results driven, self-motivate, high patience and be able to work with tight deadline
- Positive work attitude, team spirit and honesty
