PRS Engineering Co.,ltd is looking for Sale Engineer (អ្នកលក់).

* Sales/Marketing Activities

• Develop Client base
• Generate Leads and enquiries
• Conduct sales visits and marketing calls
• Prepare and conduct marketing presentations
• Maintain relationship with consultant and investment & planning Dept of territories

* Follow up activities (before sale)

• Follow up with sale enquiries
• Prepare estimate, Quotation & proposal
• Prepare information for bidding
• Participate in Project bidding
• Contract negotiation (price and terms)
• Project Schedule planning and forecast (with Project Engineer)
• Package subcontract works if necessary

* Follow up activities (after sale) Customer Service

• Monitor master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client)
• Prepare and coordinate customer visit
• Monitor change orders and variations/make contact addendums and price variation accordingly
• Monitor any required activities that will result in a smooth delivery

*Sale improvement plans

• Developing Builders and Distributors in existing territories
• Network / participating in forum, seminars and engineering association

*Other responsibilities

• Prepare Quote Activity Report
• Prepare 3 months sale forecast and sales release report
• Prepare annual Marketing report
• Collect competitor information
• Collect customer feedback information
• Prepare lost job report

• Bachelor degree in Civil engineering; or Diploma of Civil Technician
• Minimum 1 years in sales of concrete, or construction products or similar field
• Knowledge of computer application software, such as Auto-Cad, 2D and 3D, Photoshop, Microsoft Office…)
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can do attitude with team work spirit; Personal motor skills
• Can be go to Province
