Sale Executive / Personal Assistant

Summary of Position

Real Estate Mastery is seeking Sale Executive / Personal Assistant.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

(Sales)

  • Sell Property (Commission per sale)
  • Understand the selling point of the property and present it smoothly
  • Call the client and sale the product
  • Manage the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure
  • Deal with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email
  • Contact prospective customers and discussing their requirements
  • Achieve all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Marketing & Sales Plan
  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market
  • Report business trends and area performance to the Director
  • Develop & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects
  • Identify what clients want
  • Plan and organizing the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized
  • Develop a full understanding of the business market place
  • Close the deal

(Assistant)

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Sign for UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages
  • Coordinate project-based work
  • Supervise support staff
  • Other duties as assigned by Company

Experience Required

Sales Experience required

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in Khmer & English both spoken and written (Chinese is a bonus)

Other Requirements

  • Ability to close deal
  • Skilful in Computer literate (possess own laptop / iPad and printer)
  • Intellectual person and able to work under pressure
  • Honest person, willing to work hard and flexible
  • High responsible hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Good at innovation and Self-development
  • Knowledge in customer relationship skill
