Sale Manager

Summary of Position

RMA Cambodia is the multi business and leading company since 1992, which have automotive industry, heavy equipment industry, food franchise management and car rental service. Currently, we are looking for a Sale Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

After Sales/Administration

  • To process booking and ensure the services is delivered smoothly to customers
  • To properly plan and lead the delivery of vehicles to customer
  • To get the customer feedback on services for future improvement
  • To generated accurate report daily, weekly, monthly within deadline

Sales/Marketing

  • To ensure the good business relationship with customers
  • To identify prospects and opportunities for sales
  • To provide real time market update to team for faster response to market changes

 Technical Responsibilities:

  • To provide basic vehicles specification and assistance to customer when needed

Financial Responsibilities:

  • To assist Admin team in case collection needed

Travel Requirements:

  • To travel sometimes to provinces and to join frequent networking event

Reporting to

Operations Manager

Experience Required

At least 4 year experience in Sales or customer relationship management

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Manager (Staff supervisor,...)

Languages Required

English

Education level

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Knowledge and Experience

ESSENTIAL:

  • At least 4 year experience in Sales or customer relationship management
  • Excellent level of English (writing, listening, speaking)
  • At least 2 year Experience in leading team
  • Excellent computer skill Excel, Word, e-mail, outlook proficiency desired

DESIRABLE:

  • Experience with account management
  • Creative, result-driven, able to take initiative
  • Multi tasks and strong organizational skill
  • Excellent communication skills, strong personality
  • Excellent negotiation and people's skills to win new clients
  • Self-motivated and self-organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and generate business leads
  • Strong team player
