Sale Supervisor

Summary of Position

A construction company in Cambodia is looking for a Sales Supervisor who will be in charge of the development sales activities such as off-plan sales or re-sales toward the achievement of maximum profitability, growth and customer service in line with property market’s growing expectations and the company vision in booming industry shaping the future of Cambodia. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish action plans that ensure attainment of sales target workflow with subordinates to achieve the assigned target and sales volumes, ensure each deal includes a customer care plan and follow-u
  • Prepares each action plan timely for an continuous search of sales leads and prospects to ensures submission of individual reports including clues for performance appraisal and also provides timely reporting to Sales & Marketing Director to ease decision making
  • Cooperates and supports the development and implementation of periodic marketing plans, leads the communication plan with existing and new buyers as defined by the company and subordinates to maintain contact and builds relationship with leads and customers
  • Collects field data, storage and manage CRM tools to ease decision making process to ensures that action plans are properly implemented, detect negligence and training needs
  • Distributes and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire team to achieve targets, and coordinates the payment collection plan, provide financial guidance to buyers
  • Reviews and conducts risk assessment before any major decision to be made in sale activities

To the Sales and Marketing Director

Experience Required

Experience in real-estate and property selling preferably with international

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in English (Chinese mandarin or other Asian language is a big plus)

Other Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Entrepreneurship
  • Customer service understanding, know how to think from customer perspective
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, emailing, phoning technics
