Summary of Position
DYNAMIC GROUP: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Sales Admin.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To prepare quotation and calculation sheet when required
- To prepare invoice and delivery note
- To request the Accounting department for TT payment to suppliers
- To compile document in set of bid profile
- To perform miscellaneous tasks: copy, scan, and do filling to assist all sales people
- To prepare all document to file
- To assist other co-worker in related job
- To cooperate with other department staffs to ensure good work flow
- To build up communication with the principal and other within the company
- To perform other related tasks as assigned by superior
