La Plantation – Kampot Pepper is a Cambodian company producing high-quality organic Kampot pepper and distributing it in Cambodia and abroad. As the production grows each year we are looking for a Sales Agent to develop the business in Phnom Penh. Our existing clients include shops, hotels and restaurant that work with tourists and expats. The sales agent will be in charge of developing the client base in the Siem Reap area.

• Identify potential customers that match with our target audience
• Raise awareness on La Plantation brand and products among industry leaders in Siem Reap
• Identify and meet with the decision maker to present our product range
• Close deals with new clients - Manage orders , delivery and payment with new clients
• Follow-up with existing clients on their new orders , deliveries and payment
• Support the sales team on other tasks to develop the business in Siem Reap

• Excellent command of the English language
• Previous experience in sales is expected
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to collaborate
• Candidates speaking French and/or Khmer will be given priority
