Summary of Position
An Italian restaurant with a charming atmosphere, where is a perfect place for business lunch and family dinner is looking for its Sales and Marketing Executive.
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for overseeing the sales of restaurant offers & solutions, as well as the implementation of marketing strategy decided by the marketing department & restaurant management whether it is for internal or external branding to achieve revenue goals.
At least 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing field.
Good in English both spoken and written.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop sales plan and create a sales kit tool
- Implement detailed proposal documents
- Identify business opportunities by having a clear picture on prospects and evaluating their position in F&B – hospitality industry (corporate companies, Embassies, TO, TA, hotels)
- Sales through telephone calls and in-person to arrange meetings to prospect for new business presenting the restaurant’s portfolio offers & solutions
- Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue, negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales with restaurant management establishing contact and recommending solutions
- Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers with negotiation and budget management
- Assist marketing department for content development of websites, newsletters and social media on daily basis
- Organize and attend events and exhibitions to ensure all marketing materials are properly installed and on time
- Build and maintain contacts with the media, key opinion leaders
- Cooperate with other departments in the restaurant to create an exceptional customer experience and ensure that a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained
Experience Required
At least 3 years experience in Sales and Marketing field

Bachelor's Degree

Languages Required
Good in English both spoken and written
Other Requirements
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related area is essential
- Resourceful in terms of supplier for execution of marketing materials or events
- Good in communication, negotiation, prospecting, result-oriented and Sales planning skills
- Be a team player, well organized, energetic and creative, and attention to details
- Willing to learn and enjoy new challenges
- Able to use Photoshop / illustrator / in design / video editing software
