Summary of Position

A construction company in Cambodia is seeking for a Sale Consultant will be in charge of building and developing customer relationships as well as implementing several sales action plans. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists the Sales Development Supervisor in serving existing clients in a timely manner
  • Presents and educates prospects and potential clients about properties (condo apartments)
  • Gives showroom and construction site visits to customers during the construction period
  • Creates business relations, implements action plans to generate sales opportunities
  • Contacts sales prospects by phone, email, face-to-face meeting to expand the client base
  • Prepares weekly reports on customer care activities and keep track of any market feedback
  • Investigates and resolve sales-related issues, coordinate with others departments if needed
  • Observes and assesses the sales activities on a regular basis, report any operation issues
  • Collect customer payment and ensure that project information update are communicated to customers

Reporting to

To the Sales & Marketing Director

Experience Required

Experience in real-estate and property selling preferably with international clients and strongly customer service oriented, know how to think from the customer perspective

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in English (Chinese mandarin or other Asian language is a big plus)

Other Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Entrepreneurship
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, talkative, smiling and team player
  • Excellent presentation, responsible, quick learner with self-confidence and pro-activeness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, emailing, phoning technics
