Thomas International Service., Co Ltd is looking for a Sales Executive with 1-3 years of exepriences.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new or existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
• Conduct market research to get obtain new customers
• Maintain accurate/updated customer profiles, pipeline, sales leads & sales activities (e.g. sales visit plans, sales visit report, quotation)
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Record sales and order information in the report to keep good sales tracking
• Deliver good sales performance to meet sales target
• Responsible for manage cost calculations, and providing customers with best competitive quotations
• Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work required to close sales
• Identify and resolve client concerns
• Follow up on new sales leads and referrals from agents and existing contacts
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals and sales contracts
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Gather competitor and customer data through field sales activities in order to create awareness of local market trends and competitors activities.
• Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets

To the Business Development Manager
 

• Bachelor degree in any related discipline (Logistics, International Business, )
• Good knowledge in freight forwarding (Air Import/Export, Ocean Import/Export) and customs regulation.
• Good knowledge in INCOTERM
• Excellent command of spoken and written English + Computer Skill
• Own transport and willingness to travel
• Service minded, self-motivated, able to work independently with good team player spirit
