Sales Executive
Summary of Position
An international transportation company is looking for A Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be in charge of Develop new markets and client to increase sales revenues. Keep goods relationship with new and existing customer. Keep good sales report about sales activities and custom information to achieve sales target. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new or existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Maintain accurate/updated customer profiles, pipeline, sales leads & sales activities (e.g. sales visit plans, sales visit report, quotation)
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Responsible for manage cost calculations, and providing customers with best competitive quotations
- Coordinate with operation team to accomplish the work required to close sales
- Follow up on new sales leads and referrals from agents and existing contacts
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Gather competitor and customer data through field sales activities in order to create awareness of local market trends and competitors activities
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
Experience Required
1 - 3 years experiences in freight forwarding sales and customers
Minimum Educational Level Required
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Career Level Required
Experienced (Non-manager)
Languages Required
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Computer Skill
Other Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any related discipline (Logistics, International Business)
- Good knowledge in freight forwarding (Air Import/Export, Ocean Import/Export)
- Good knowledge in INCOTERM
- Own transport and willingness to travel
- Service minded, self-motivated, able to work independently with good team player spirit
