SALES EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER

Currently, we are looking for SALES EXECUTIVE / ACCOUNT MANAGER.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serves as a primary business contact for the customers and is responsible for customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Solutions/Presales Consulting teams in order to consistently provide the best services to Customers, as well as represent customer needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality
  • Build good relationships with customers to encourage new and repeated business opportunities
  • Increase the customers base by hunting potential customers and maintaining close relationship with existing customers
  • Market analysis, business development plan, liaising with line managers to fulfill the target/ quota
  • Providing timely feedback to line management regarding performance
  • Prepare and deliver sales oriented solution presentations to customers that help to solve their business and technology needs
  • Reports to the Manager, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports on a weekly basis, monthly report and Sales Forecast

Other Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Khmer
  • Bachelor’s Degree: either IT /Telecommunication and Electronics/ Business Administration / Economics
  • Well- refined communication, presentation with much experience utilizing PowerPoint and other Presentation software and negotiation skills
  • Dynamic & presentable personality
  • Experience in Information and Communication Technology sales is an advantage
  • Knowledge about Korean / Japanese / Chinese is an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure, hard working, positive and high responsibility
  • Have experience in project sales and printer is an advantage
