Sales Manager

Summary of Position

A new set up Real Estate Company is looking for a Sale Manager who will be in charge of all sales activities including sales reporting, response mails and phone calls, maintaining accurate records of contracts, pricing, invoices etc. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Key responsibilities include developing, formulating and implementing sales strategies to penetrate local & international markets
  • Responsible for detailed and accurate sales goal forecasting, pricing and negotiation
  • Achieve sales targets and expand new prospects and business opportunities
  • Able to interact with multinational clients
  • Attend and present at international tradeshows
  • Manage and support clients’ requirements, contracts, etc.
  • Write contracts and ensure they are filled out properly
  • Responsible for review of project SPA and related documents
  • Build and foster a strong network with local and overseas agents
  • Weekly meetings with Sales Team  
  • Provide mentorship, leadership and coaching to existing and future sales team members to create a high performance sales environment of constant improvement
  • Create a culture of success; act as a Key brand champion conveyed through all marketing initiatives resulting in sales goal achievement that delivers profitable growth
  • Approve all contracts and related forms signed by salespeople   
  • Work with the construction team on any customizations or building details and accounting team to ensure contracts are in place and payments are received on time
  • Main point of contact between company and purchasers
  • Work cohesively within the sales and marketing team on sales and marketing campaigns and programs

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales manager role, or equivalent position in the real estate industry

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Languages Required

Fluent in both written & spoken English and Khmer. Mandarin speaking an asset

Other Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
  • Computer literacy is a must (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Very good personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, train and motivate a commissioned sales force
  • Strong negotiator with the ability to source and close business deals
  • Willingness to learn and work hard
  • You have an open mindset and can take constructive feedback
