Sales Manager

Summary of Position

Posim Group is a member of The Lion Group of Companies with diversified business interests in steel manufacturing, retails & trading and property development. Posim offers premium Motorcycle Oils and Motor Oils under HI-REV brand. The company also specialises in a full line of lubrication solutions for Industrial and Commercial user-sectors. HI-REV lubricants are widely distributed through our network of 4,800 automotive and motorcycle service workshops.

  • Introduction of a new lubricants brand with low brand awareness in Cambodia.
  • Acquiring market share with sustainable growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Automotive and Commercial/ Industrial Lubricant sales plan/ forecast through analysing sales volume in B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) segment and conducting studies on competitor market information and lubes demand
  • Lead the sales team progress through close monitoring of sales performance to ensure that sales activities and sales strategy achieve on agreed sales target
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives and key account to handle new and existing customers or distributors and be accountable for the overall team performance
  • Utilize global selling points, agreed sales and marketing plan and sales tool techniques to achieve financial targets (Volume, Revenue, Margin etc.) and Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist the formulation and implementation of the marketing activities as company strategy
  • Arrange training to develop sales competencies. Provide regular performance feedback to team
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all Support Functions
  • Develop profitable customers within preferred target sectors and segments

• At least 5 years of experiences to be a team leader

• Applicant must be able to speak and write in English and Khmer

  • University degree in Sales and Marketing, General Management or Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in Lubricants or related Business
  • At least 5 years of experiences to be a team leader
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Excellent planning and implementation skills

  • Good commercial awareness
  • Good relationship building and networking
  • Knowledge in Strategy Pricing for Lubricant industry
