Sales manager & Assistant Sales manager

Summary of Position

Cicerón is a young and passionate media company that is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We are specialized in high-definition LCDs and Poster Frame as the advertising medium to fulfill the demand of advertising in a booming economy city like Phnom Penh.

Our promise is to give you the best quality you desire for your advertising and most of all is to impress your potential consumers from converting the idle time to value for your brand image and therefore to increase the sale and expand consumer base subsequently. We are looking for Sales manager & Assistant Sales manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1/ Sales Manager

Main Duties:

  • Provide professional advertising solutions to target clients 
  • Develop new potential customers and clients, establish relations with them maintain and consolidate existing client base
  • Collect information and analyze client’s marketing strategy, to put forward the most suitable solutions to meet customers’ needs in accordance with Cicerón Media company policies
  • Collect and integrate the market trends and information of various branches, collect clients resource information
  • Contribute to company's strategic development in order to achieve increased revenue and sales target
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs and competitions
  • Directly report to the Board of directors
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

2/ Assistant Sales Manager

Main Duties:

  • On assignment of Sales Manager (SM) & Board of Directors (BOD), this position in charge for seeking the locations base on the company target’ s list with a good deal
  • Assist SM to provide professional advertising solutions to target clients
  • Assist SM to develop new potential customers and clients, establish relations with them maintain and consolidate existing client base
  • Contribute to company's strategic development in order to achieve increased revenue and sales target
  • Directly report SM and BOD
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Other job description & assignment by SM or BOD

Qualification:

  • University degree in business & economic or related major
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Khmer
  • Advanced written and spoken English to handle bilingual contracts
  • Knowing Vietnamese or Chinese is an advantage (but it’s not a must)
  • Highly motivated, willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team, good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications 

2/ Assistant Sales Manager

Qualification:

  • University degree in business & economic or related major
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in sales
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Khmer
  • Advanced written and spoken English to handle bilingual contracts
  • Knowing Vietnamese or Chinese is an advantage (but it’s not a must)
  • Highly motivated, willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team, good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
