Sales & Marketing Executive (Urgent)

Summary of Position

Company Background – The increasing demand for organic vegetables in Cambodia, led Green O Farm (GOF) to venture into the organic field in 2009. In 2012, GOF shifted their farm operations to Kampong Speu province, after persuading local farmers from six villages to join hands with company. About 80 farmers are growing and providing fresh organic vegetables to GOF. In effect about 400 people in these six villages have been engaged in this organic production.

Our company tries to improve and instruct our farmers to use agriculture products with right condition and get best quality and quantity. Company is doing researches and developing from resource in Cambodia for producing organic vegetables. We preserve the natural resources and protect the environment. GOF’s mission is to convince Cambodians that organic produce is much better than produce which has been grown with the help of pesticides. Currently, we are looking for Sales & Marketing Executive (Urgent).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare corporate business budgets, action plans, and reviewing sales performance
  • Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
  • Assign sales territories and set corporate business quotas
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts, organizing sales visits, analyze sales statistics, project sales, and determine the profitability of products and services
  • Establishing new business, demonstrating and presenting products
  • Determine discount rates or special pricing plans, and maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annually sales reports to Sales & Marketing Manager

Other Requirements

  • Fresh graduated or one-year experiences in direct sales, distribution channel, marketing, and related duties
  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in management, marketing, or related education
  • Fluent in Khmer and good in English. Other languages are in advance
  • Computer skills with Ms. Office, Outlook, Power Point, CSR System, and other related software
  • Maturity, confidence, perseverance, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and numerical analysis skills
  • Must be Integrity, honesty, and never have criminal record
  • Have to be on time person, highly responsibility, and respect company policy as procedure
  • Full time work
  • Negotiation salary based on working terms and conditions
