CP&A Trading International Co., Ltd is looking for a Sales Supervisor.

• Supervise and guide the Sales Rep. and Beer Promoter Officer that is under his/her assigned areas
• To ensure that performance is at optimal level
• Monitor closely the sales performance of the company’s brands and products to ensure that sales volumes and targets are achieved
• Measure and evaluate the performance of the sales force and distributor
• Execute promotional and merchandising and representatives in negotiation of sponsorship and contracts
• Manage the distribution and to ensure that the distributors achieve their set targets
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly sale reports
• Ensure that all claims are complies with company policy; and 
• Perform other assignment may require to do time by time

• Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or another related field
• 2 or 3 years experiences in Sales Supervisor role
• Selling Skill
• Leadership Skill
• Good communications (oral & written Khmer/English) skills
• Computer Skill
• Able to a flexible working hour
• Strong commitment and result-oriented attitude
• Possess valid driving license is a must
• Working attitude
