Sales Supervisor

Summary of Position

Urban Hub is the management arm for both Urban Village and Factory Phnom Penh. In addition to managing the sales team, Urban Hub also overseas procurement and building oversight ensuring that the development meets quality and safety standards. As the projects come to completion, the company will transition into the day to day management arm of both projects, working with owners to maintain the site and oversee retail tenants.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data 6/ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Perform other tasks will assign by management

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor degree & 2 years experiences in sales or marketing
  • Be able to communicate in English & Chinese is plus advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales 6/ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
