1. Leading and managing subordinates
2. Control team and achieve monthly sales target
3. Formulating and implementing strategically integrated marketing plan to increase sale volume
4. Regularly prepare various reports and analysis market situation and provide recommendations for management review
5. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
6. Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

1. Bachelor degree in Sale and Marketing or Related field
2. Active, self-motivated, and sociable personality
3. Capability in building strategic, multilevel and team work relationship is needed
4. Good at people management, problem solving and negotiation skills
5. Be able to use Word/Excel, and Internet & Email for daily report
