Seller Success Manager

Summary of Position

We are looking for a Seller Success Manager with sales and account management experience who is energetic, analytical, and results-driven. The Seller Success Manager will be responsible for leading the Seller Success Team on executing onboarding task to achieve high quality launch, coordinating demand from cross-functional team to develop scalable 1-to-many mechanism, and responsible for accurate data/report criteria to work with various internal teams.

The support scope will cover existing businesses on HLH Marketplace, including listing creation, training resource integration, technical issues resolution, and cross-functional project development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help, shape, and execute strategies to build relationships with various internal teams, as well as connect with external partners. You should have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Design business solutions to ensure seller success on the platform
  • Conduct training sessions to transfer key messages to sellers
  • Identify features that are key to the Cambodian market and work with internal stakeholders to prioritize and implement business strategies
  • KPIs: Business growth metrics driven by onboarding and seller success mechanism; Process optimized and efficiency improved; Efficiency of project delivery; Customer and partner retention on and loyalty to HLH Marketplace

Minimum Educational Level Required

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Career Level Required

Experienced (Non-manager)

Other Requirements

  • Proven work experience in business development or project management
  • Strong organization and project management skillsAbility to communicate effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Strong written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn very quickly
  • Very solid business intuition and understanding
  • Very good Khmer and English language capability (Chinese is a plus)
  • Strong analytical ability with reporting generation and analysis
