• Liase Senior Architect and Project Team Leader to understand the design brief, design intent, particular design detail and other special requirements of the projects based on the client approved schematic design of large and complex projects
• Understand, produce and deliver all requirements necessary for Tender documents and construction documents
• Review and foresee and resolve construction or design technical issues
• Prepare and deliver tender, construction and design specification drawings and documentations based on schematic design drawings as per project schedule  
• Work with Project Team Leader (as required) to assess and ensure quality assurance of the tender and construction drawings and design specifications documents and make necessary corrects as required prior submitting documents to Client
• Be responsible for a critical component of a project and its deliverables as directed by the Senior Architect/Technical Manager
• Assist to plan a project deliverable schedule for approval
• Ensure compliance of the government codes, laws & regulations as well as HKA standards
• Ensure proper project documentation & filling for drawings as per HKA filing system
• Attend meetings with Consultant & Clients with regards to Designs & Technical matters under the supervisions of Design & Technical Manager
• Be the main contact person for the project and liase, update and respond to stakeholder requests or comments regarding the project
• Record and distribute minutes for every discussions/full meetings
• Work with seniors for larger scale projects as required
• Manage juniors as necessary
• Act as Resident Architect on certain projects as required

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture
• Proven experience on delivering a wide range of projects with varying sizes, complexities and industries
• At least 10 years in the industry
• Excellent design skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written or visual
• Excellent CAD Skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to present real world technical solutions to new design challenges
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
