Devenco is a leading international-standard consulting and investment firm that has been operating in Cambodia since 2007. Devenco shares its network, experience, and local knowledge through its wide range of consulting activities, which include: market assessment, business advisory services, feasibility studies, investment sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, and more. Currently, we are looking for a Senior Consultant.

• Financials: draft business plan and write investment memo
• Legal: liaise with lawyers in order to review and analyze contracts, support negotiation process
• Consulting: support Foreign Direct Investment, support the advocacy process with Government bodies and administrations, set up business plans, projects' operational audit and consultancy
• Venture Capital: establish the reporting process (templates, KPIs, etc.), collect performance data about subsidiaries
• Business development : assist in business development
• Management: coordinate and delegate basic tasks to junior team

• Required qualifications Master degree 2-3 years' experience in advisory and/or investment banking sector or an equivalent experience in a strategy & development department of a major company
• Junior profile could be considered with at least, one year experience or a significant internship (6 months to 1 year) in a major advisory company or in investment banking, for a Business Analyst position
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word Good interpersonal relationship skills, team player
• Fluent in English and Khmer. French is an asset
